Blake and Andrew were able to find the entry point for the rats that were trying to make a home in our attic. They closed off the entry point and trapped the rat that was stuck in our attic with no exit. They came back weekly to ensure there was no further activity and sanitized our attic space to ensure any droppings or urine was treated. They were very responsive and professional. In addition, they provided a one-year warranty to come back out and resolve the problem if there was additional activity.

I am so glad that I called Proteck! Matt came to review the problem I had with a family of raccoons invading my dormer through the soffit. I had tried to take care of it myself and did manage to capture one large raccoon. However, when I spotted a female bringing her babies, I knew I was out of my league. Matt was awesome and located the nest in a matter of minutes. He transferred the babes to a trap and by putting an empty trap next to it had mom captured and all out within an hour. He secured the soffit quickly and was only on site about an hour and a half. No new activity so far and I am VERY thankful for Proteck and especially Matt. He did a great job!

Some friends of ours arrived on Christmas Eve. Unfortunately they left the garage door and the kitchen door open and a squirel came in with them. I called a local company to remove it. 4 days later it was still running around in our house.

Great Job. This team is outstanding. We came home from vacation to rat droppings in our house. We were terrified. They came promptly and sealed the outside of the house and placed traps inside. They assured us of 24 hr monitoring and checks every 3-5 days if we didn't contact them. They gave us such a sense of security and relief. After 3 weeks of monitoring we got the all clear and we only had 2 rats trapped after all. I recommend them highly. Thank you so much.

When I called to request a free estimate to remove squirrels from the attic of our two story home the office team was quick to respond in a professional and congenial manner. Timothy, our estimator, scheduled an appointment at our convenience on the same day. He arrived promptly and did a thorough inspection of our home's exterior, the roof and the attic. Not only do Chris and his team do what they say their going to do, but they also follow up & follow through! It's too bad they don't do everything - AC, Plumbing, Painting, Landscaping, you name it because if they did I would certainly hire them to do EVERYTHING, and my life would be so much easier!
